| PLEASE NOTE: NOT ALL SHOTS ARE GUARANTEED!!! PLEASE READ: All or part of your video may be used by RLV Productions, LLC for promotional purposes. A NON REFUNDABLE retainer of $250.00 is required before the wedding date can be booked. We will reserve the date for TWO WEEKS only! No Exceptions! If deposit isn't received within two weeks, the date will be released back to the public. A contract or Wedding Services Agreement is required. REVISED: The Final balance is due on the day of the wedding before we begin shooting. If you are unable to pay the balance in full, we are unable to shoot. We apologize for this but this is to protect ourselves from non payment after the work is done. You can set up payments prior to the wedding if you need to pay a little at a time if that helps you out. In the event that more than one client wishes to book wedding services on the same day, preference will go to the first client to pay the deposit. Rescheduled weddings will only be accommodated if the new date does not conflict with another booked wedding. RLV Productions, LLC will be the exclusive professional videographer. In order for us to provide the best wedding video coverage available, please do not allow or hire other vendors from other companies to videotape. However, friends and family are permitted to operate video cameras on the condition that they do not interfere with or get in the way of the professional coverage. It is the client's responsibility to secure access to areas for videography. RLV Productions, LLC will not be responsible for coverage lost due to access restrictions. Creative aspects such as shooting and editing style are at the discretion of RLV Productions, LLC. RLV Productions, LLC will not be held liable for any production problems beyond our control, e.g. bad weather, accidents, poor acoustics/lighting, interference from guests, etc. RLV Productions, LLC reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time for any reasonable cause, e.g. accident or ill health. In this event all monies paid will be refunded in full. Any liability on the part of RLV Productions, LLC will be limited to the amount of monies paid. Upon taking possession of the finished product, the client must inform RLV Productions, LLC of any technical or other problems with the video within 7 days. Videos will be uploaded for client to review and note of any changes BEFORE distributing them to DVD. If after receiving of DVD and need of more changes (unless typo errors or malfunction of dvd on our part), rate will be $100.00 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours, also rate of lost DVDs ($22.50 Each) will be applied along with applicable shipping charges. After 7 days, if no notification has been received, the client will be deemed to be satisfied with the product. Defective Media: We check all of our media in more than one player to make sure it is compatible. If a DVD is defective within the 7 days of receipt, we will gladly replace the defective item for free! Any other questions, please let us know! |
